That is basically the shape mine was in when I bought it.  I paid $1600, but 
I knew the engine was good.  We just couldn't start it because of the bad 
starter relay and questionable starter motor.

If you know the engine isn't seized, it sounds about right.  The later RB 
Midgets don't gain a lot of praise, but they are solid, dependable cars.
