Hence the littlte wire that is (supposed to be) always connected between the
aircraft and the earth or fuel truck when fueling the tanks.
Is your P.Eng. tag the same as the U.S. PE (Regestered Professional Engineer)
tag?  And does Canada break the categories down into Mech., Elect., Civil like
we do?
