It runs fairly decent now off idle. It's the steady RPM running where it
surges, whether at 2k or 3k or 4k. It did seem to do it more in the
afternoon when warmer. I took it out for quick spin this weekend at it
didn't show up at all so I don't know what to think now (I haven't had
time to make any changes yet).
