Let me answer these in order:
Pistons drop with the classic "click" when they hit bottom.
Original mechanical fuel pump in use.
No restrictions in fuel lines.
Just had the float assemblies apart to check this and floats are fine.
New needle valves and seats.
Bad Karma might be the joker in this deck.
