It would help you to have some kind of book like Haynes or others. Take one
carb apart and leave one assembled to look at. Note settings: needle size,
how many flats the nut under the carbs is. etc. Put the carb back together
and then do the other one. Put Marvel Mystery Oil in the top of the dampers.
Make sure that both carbs open all the way by looking into the carb to see
the throttle plates. You may want to get a carb rebuild kit if there are
parts damaged. Peter C is a good source. The try them to see if it runs.
Then ask more questions, if it doesn't. Send me a message off line, I think
