Try to pin down the problem.  Remove the flex hose from the right caliper and 
press the brake pedal to see if you get a good flow.  If yes, the caliper 
needs to be rebuilt.  If no, continue...
Remove the flex line from the brake pipe at the inner fender wall.  Press the 
brake pedal and see if you get a good flow.  If yes, the flex line is bad.  
(New parts CAN be bad, right out of the box, or damaged upon installation by 
a DPO.)  If no, continue doing this all the way back the brake pipe until you 
get to the master cylinder.  There could be a blockage in the pressure 
switch, or sumpin'.

You said that you had crud in the MC reservoir.  That is not a good sign.  
There could be crud blocking the one side of the MC, and it may need to be 
disassembled and cleaned again.  Flush it with alcohol.  Flush all the brake 
pipes with alcohol, blow them all out with air to dry the alcohol, then flush 
everything with NEW brake fluid, THEN refill and bleed.  It takes a while, 
but it doesn't cost much!
