I've never had that problem with them.  They are a direct partner with 
Moto Lita and if it is not in stock it will ship from England as mine 
did.  You will also NOT pay California sales tax with LBC Co. The way 
they operate their business is by drop shipping.  There are others on 
this list that do the same thing.  If you need it immediately, then by 
all means order from the 300 lb Gorrilla of LBC parts.
