Nothing in hand.  I have had my intake coated, but the exhaust is the big
heat producer and should be controlled first (this fixed my near vapor lock
issues on 100+ days).  I would also coat the heat shield as well.  Ducting
in cold air into a sealed and decently insulated cold air box would probably
work best of all when in combination with a coated header, heat shield, and
intake manifold.  

If you have a mild steel or stainless manifold, the benefit of coating would
be quite a bit less than on an aluminum manifold.  A steel manifold can be
chromed, which helps quite a bit against direct radiated heat, I'm not sure
how chroming a steel manifold would compare against ceramic coating...
