I think we'll discover that all this varies widely from state to state. Antique tags here in KS have no usage restrictions yet from what some of you are saying that is not true elsewhere. The guy I bought my current midget from in TX had a set of original 1968 TX tags on it and told me there were no restrictions that he knew of there either. Each state has a different view on this, I think. Cheers!!
