Turn each carb up 2 or 3 flats. the idle should smooth out.
Drive it, if it doesn't sound right, pull the choke knob out just a 
little, this will richen up the carbs and at least tell you which way to go.
If it's not right, lean it out a bit more and try it again.
Once it's too lean, the choke trick will tell you to richen it a bit.
