I use wheels.  13X4.5 or 13X5 will work.  The bolt pattern is 4 on 4",
unless you have wire wheel hubs.  The standard enhancement is the Minilite
or Miniator alloy wheel.  Tires are good to have, too.  They keep the wheels
from getting worn down by the pavement.  It is customary to put air in the
tires somewhere in the neighborhood of 30PSI, but only after they are
mounted on the wheels.
