I can't wait to see the creative answers that you're going to get for this one!

I don't have any measurements with me, but I have wheels on mine with one hole 
in the middle of each of them.  Sorry, I used to have wheels, and those other 
parts that you mentioned, on mine.  The wheels had rubber wrapped around them.  
I've replaced those with saw horses, but I do plan to go back at some point.

Sounds like you're planning to fabricate your own wheels.
