An important consideration, but one easily evaded if you are doing all your 
fuel/air mixing upstream of the intake manifold.  With a turbo like mine, I 
will be adding a throttle body just ahead of the turbo inlet and squirting 
directly in the throttle body ahead of the turbo.  Better mixing of the 
charge inside the turbo eh?  Plus it completely cancels the siamese port 
problem.  Even without a turbo, I would do the same for the A-series motor. 
Inject a single point at the mouth of the HIF44 manifold.  I'm waaay too 
lazy to do a multi-port arrangement.
