Phil,

I remember that when we needed that "chrome" look on our MG and Healy
wire wheels, in the '50's we could really get a good job with a product
sold at "The Pep Boys" (Manny, Moe, and Curly) that came in a spray
can.  I sold for $0.98 and was called "Mexican Chrome".  This product is
probably PIC now, and was probably dispensed with CFC's.  AS I recall,
you only had to touch it up every couple of weeks to keep that "factory
fresh" look.
