Thanks for the reply.  I had been thinking about loosening the left side
headers as a next plan.  Mine are not Rick's headers but are the CAT
headers.

Mike, I am converting to the 5.0L and when we test fitted the engine at
the body shop, it would not go on with Rick's headers and motor moiunts,
as you said.  We then took off the right side headers and motor mounts,
bolted the left side in loose, and then positioned the headers 1st and
motor mounts onto engine, and bolted everything together.

Is this your experience, as I am going to do it again when the car come
back from the body shop, and try it myself, verrrrry slowly?  Headers
now have HTC coating, and I don't want to scratch the coating.
