For those of you who have a Tiger Workshop Manual, look at Section B, 
Engine, Diagnoses and Testing.  Then under:

Poor Acceleration, Ignition system -incorrect ignition timing.

Then under:

Engine Does Not Develop Full Power or Has Poor High Speed Performance, 
Ignition system - Ignition timing not properly adjusted.

The Workshop Manual calls this an Ignition System, and this was not 
meant to be a red herring, but was closer to a electrical problem, then 
a fuel system problem, which was what I talked about in the emails.

And no, I did not look at the Workshop Manual till today.  I am a lot 
smarter then that.
