#2 The Dana 44 is very similar to the Salisbury differential which is
stock for the Tiger. Many of the Salisbury differential parts have Dana
part number cross reference numbers.
Stock Tiger gear is 2.88. To measure that you need to clearly mark
the drive shaft and a tire then rotate the tire or drive shaft and count the
revolutions at the tire and the drive shaft. Your gear ratio will be one
tire revolution = X number of drive shaft revolutions.

#3 I believe the rear disc brakes are from a Fiat.(?)
Dales Restoration carries a rear disc brake conversion kit, contact him for
details.

#4 The glass on the speedometer should be well above the needle. Check
to make sure internals are mounted all the way into the case. The glass
sets on a separate black bezel on top of an O-ring, check that O-ring,
replace if necessary. Make sure the needle is parallel to the speedometer
face.

Hope this helps you
