With the T5 and 0.80:1 5th gear set, you want the 3.31:1 rear end
independednt of rim size. You should select tire width and adjust the
profile to get close to the original overall diameter... my front
205/45-16 tires have 23.3" OD, about the same OD as the original 13"
tires.

Check the specs on any given tire on the tirerack.com and it will show
the overall diameter... 195/50-15, 205/50-15 or , perhaps up to
205/55-15 or 225/50-15.
