        Actually most new car have an electric fan or 2 behind the radiator.
The fan is wired to a water temperature switch to turn on at high temp and
to the AC circuit to run when ever the AC is on to keep you cool.

I think you've hit on the secret....a pusher fan.  Do any new cars use a fan

behind the radiator any more?
