The 221 and 260 blocks were changed to the 289 style casting with 3 freeze
plugs in January 1963;C3OE casting #.

All 221 and 260 block before that date will have only 2 freeze plugs;C2OE
casting #.

The Tiger 260 blocks are a C4OE casting # and have 3 freeze plugs.

I remember from years ago and personal experience that the original Tiger
260 blocks had three freeze plugs on the side like a 289,  Falcon/Mustang
260's had two freeze plugs on the side,  can this be confirmed,  Clyde
