I don't know if it helped cooling, but it sure looked cool.
I mirrored the louver pattern illustrated in Chittenden's "Performance
Tuning the Sunbeam Tiger." At the time I did it, my Tiger had become a
fair-weather only car, so the engine compartment didn't get messed from bad
weather.
