Why worry about what some dreamed up next owner MIGHT do?  The seller now is
doing the right thing....and maybe the Battery box is cut out so when the cops
pull you over you can easilly dump your beer (or whatever) under the car
before the office walks up. (not that i would ever do such a THING)!
