OIL INJECTOR FOR TR6 TRUNNIONS

I recently found an Internet address to a site that had information on how
to build a device that automatically injects oil into the trunnions of a 
TR6.  In trying to get to the site, I received an error message stating that 
access to the file was
not allowed.
If someone knows where this file can be found, I'd greatly appreciate the
information.  The original address was:
