I don't know for sure about the 1969, although it would at least have
provision (mounts on the wheel arches) for the shoulder portion. My very
early 1970 GT6+ has three-point belts as standard.

No. It's a different profile and requires different mounts. The Mk.1
bumper really mounted to the chassis, while the Mk2/+ bumper mounts to and
pivots with the bonnet.
