Nah, I vote for the banquet, you get to sit and talk with new folks -
besides everyone pretty much knows what to expect from a banquet type setting
- and it isn't good food or service.
I liked the set up - just keep it casual, and like someone said, intersperse
the evening with door prizes throughout, along with speaker, announcements,
awards, etc.
