Actually it's not so much what numbers (unless they are really low) but the
difference between the numbers that really matters.  The actual numbers can
vary from compression, air temp, altitude, the person taking the
measurements, the way it was done, etc.  The important factor is the
difference in readings.  If you have more than around twenty pounds
difference than you have a problem and depending on which cylinder(s) have
the low readings, can indicate what kind of problem to some extent.
