I had an experience with Rimmer also. They sent me a beige hood cover
instead of golden tan. I sent it back, and they found a NOS golden tan
cover including snaps which ordinarily was about $80 more than the repro
for no additional cost, so I was very happy. I agree rthat they are a
good bunch, but not particularly efficient
