The only major difference I can think of is the seal "track" for the boot
(trunk) lid. If you check you will probably see 2 different seals listed for
the same groups of cars. Not easy to overcome as the size and shape of the
track is different. Also the trunk locks were different, so the reinforcing
plates will be wrong. As far as the rest of the thing goes it may be the same
but I don't know for sure. Suspect it is.
