depends if the panel is accessible from behind. If so, get your blowlamp out
and heat the thing up slightly, the stuff will come off with a spatula. The
only reason for the accessability is that if you heat it up too much the
paint on the back might flake off (or start burning ;-)) Other than that its
the only way I know.
