Truly a great hood.  I bought mine at the local welding gas and supply store
for <$200.
You might check the local yellow pages.  You can also buy just a replacement
auto dimming lens to fit your existing hood.

I got one of these helmets from Eastwood. I looked for a while before buying
it
because I also thought it was expensive. I never faound one that was much
less
expensive.

Since I've purchased it, I've found it to be the best investment I've made
as
far as welding equipment.
