I've tried twice to get prices from Superlite. The last time they forwarded my
request to Open Mind Associates (www.opmd.com) the US distributor for
Superlite. They charge $140 for 13x5.5 and $160 for 13x6 and $25 for colors.
I don't know if this means they no longer sell directly to the US or if they
just try to send referrals to the US distributor.
