In response to Fred Thomas' reply on powder coating...he is indeed correct on 
the temp of firing for larger firms that do powder coating for industrial 
uses (coating storage tanks etc.) I had my TR250 frame powder coated locally 
(Colorado Springs) in an oven that reached 1400F. The frame is set for 
life...at least my life! The stuff that Eastwood and others sells that 
"melts" at 400F is fine for small parts and those not exposed to high heat or 
constant 'road crud".
