You can reuse the Triumph belt but it is a bit tricky to get it on. You can 
remove the alternator's mounting bolt, pivot the alternator up towards the 
water pump, slide the belt over the alternator pulley, and then replace the 
mounting bolt. You'll still have enough clearance to adjust the belt using 
the original pivot. On my car the replacement (Bosch/Fiesta) alternator 
won't pivot far enough to get the belt over. I've tried sourcing a slightly 
longer belt but both NAPA and Farm & Fleet carry the regular size and one 
that's TOO long. They both list an intermediate size but it's special order.
