I have recently had a new clutch assembly installed in my TR6,
professionally done, by someone I trust, however I'm not satisfied with the
results. The clutch works fine,but it's noisy. When in neutral, I hear a
whirling sound, when clutch is engaged, clutch is quiet. it's a Borg/Beck
set up. I can't believe this was normal for the TR6 when new? In my
mechanics defense, the shop is located on a very noisy HYWY, you can't hear
yourself think. Anyone else experiencing this? Are my expectations too high
for a 32 year old machine? thanks
