I am in complete agreement with Fred about powder coating. I had my 250 frame 
sandblasted then powder coated with a 'satin' black. Before I had them pc it 
I had some key places on the frame strengthened and corrected by welding. In 
my case rear diff mounts and front suspension mounting positions reinforced. 
Easy to do after sandblasting. 

When I got it home from blasting (before powdercoating) I blew out as much 
dust and media as I could. 

I looks wonderful and since this is a job you only want to do once in a 
lifetime, do it right the first time!
