If the rubber lines are old there is a possibility of the rubber lines
seperating inside and creating a valving action whereby they lock pressure in
the lines and slowly piss it off with no action on the MC over time thus
releasing the brakes. Otherwise it's probably that bin Laden guy over in
Pakistan or whever he's hiding out.
