Sure, just look for the vent hole in the cap. If you've still got the
'pop-up' type cap, open it and look at the plate that actually seals the
opening. I've looked at several of them recently, they all have a small
hole (about 1/16") clearly visible near the center. The hole would be
trivial to add to a cap that didn't have it, just put tape or a rag over
the tank opening so no shavings drop in, and drill with a hand drill.
