What's the best stuff to clean off tar undercoating? The underside of my
TR6s bonnet was sprayed with rustproofing before I got it. All flaking. I
scraped 98% off. Now I need to get of the last and soundproof the bonnet
correctly. What's the procedure and parts needed to get it clean and to look
decent afterward.
