Could well be a mistake, especially since the shipping weight is the same on
both pages.  Certainly wouldn't be the first mistake I've found on their web
site.

Few months back, I ordered a reconditioned, gasoline driven "agricultural
pump" from their website.  What I got was an electrical "clear water pump".
By then, the unit on the web site was gone ...

The only trick I know of is their "Inside Track club", which seems to get
reduced prices a few months before they go in the regular catalog/web site.
However, it costs money to 'belong', IMO it's not worth it.  I joined
because the ITC was offering the PC kit for $20 off, but by the time I got
my first catalog, the PC kit was in the sale flyer ...
