BTW, the NAPA belt is actually made by Gates (says so on the box), so it
might possibly be available direct from them.  I don't have any numbers from
them, except it's 3/4" x 38-1/2" (19mm x 980mm).

FWIW, Browning list a "B35" as being 21/32" x 38.0 outside, pitch 36.8"
