Hydraulic Jack Recommendation

I want to buy a 3 ton hydraulic jack (the type that is on wheels and you pump 
the handle and the arm raises the car).
Any recommendations on what to buy and where or more importantly, what NOT to 
buy?
I will use it to rotate tires, etc.
