thrust washers

Hello all,

First post here, but I've been lurking for a while.I'll keep it short and
simple.(TR6 questions).
Pinning thrust washers,yea or nay.
Spitfire cam bearings,yea or nay
Any advice regarding severe pitting on camshaft and lifters?

How did you find  MO-MA? Just curious since I live in Albuquerque.
