Hi Jim
These are 14 dia pins, you could easily replace these with a bit of silver
steel (a type of hardenable material that is precision ground in various
sizes) or if you have a 1/4 drill (or 2) that is broken then the plain
section should be an accurate 1/4 dia. you can dremmel the end off and tap
that in. I personally believe that the dowel pins are most important in
locating the clutch cover concentric to the axis of rotation.
