The harmonic balancer on the wife's Escort separated at the rubber. The
results were the outer part started to walk out until it started to rub the
frame.
Other than tearing up a brand new belt there were no other symptoms (no
vibrations). But if that is your problem you should be able to see a wobble.
No
wobble, no vibration.
