Everytime I buy a set the brand goes NLA soon after. Thus my tires are
sets of Michelin XZX, Dunlop SP20 and Cooper Sportmaster (2 cars but 3
sets of wheels to allow switching between wires & discs).
The Coopers may still be available if you check around as they will be
in the pipeline for awhile but I think manufacturing has ceased.
I just contact the local tire stores... most can find them in a day or
two if they are not on the rack. Still several brands to choose from
and I suppose there always will be thanks to VW Bugs.
