Thanks to Randall & Fred for their assistance with this. In the process
of getting screws for the grille I learned something new (well, new to
me) at the hardware store. The u-shaped fixing nuts for the top 4
grille screws were to large for the #6 sheet metal screws and the store
didn't have any smaller fixing nuts. Then I found something called
'Jackson Head screws'... basically a #8 thread but with a #6 head. Not
sure what application they were meant for but they solved my problem.
