just bought a really great rear fender off ebay. what a deal. deadly
straight.
it came with a bracket attached that was not on any of my 3 other rear
fenders.
the bracket is about 4 inches long and has a bend at the end of it. about a
1/4". so it is a very shallow angle. it also has a captured nut attached. if
it wasn't stuck on it could easily have been lost or discarded on mine.
it is firmly attached to the very last rear most hole of the fender. it
looks like it would provide clamping action right up close to the rear light.
original or smart aftermarket?
