List, I am considering using (Liquid Nail-like) adhesive to stick aluminum-foil-like/padding (1/8" thick) to both top and bottom of gearbox cover and floorpans. This roll of special padding says it keeps out unwanted heat and noise and is shiny on one side. Is there a good reason not to do this? I will be especially careful not to trap-in moisture. Thanks, Paul Dorsey 60 TR3A === This list supported in part by The Vintage Triumph Register === http://www.vtr.org |
