Real sports cars don't have window regulators !

Seriously, I would continue to use a high-quality EP grease on the gears
(like wheel bearing grease, I like the stuff with moly and graphite
additives).   If you're concerned about having to service them again in
another 40 years, you could try one of the "long life" greases.

However if there is a sliding element, like where the regulator engages the
bottom of the glass, then I would use the spray Moly there.  My Stag has a
roller in that location, so I remove the roller and lubricated it's shaft
with dry Moly too.

"White lithium" grease is generally not rated for high pressure, so I only
use it in locations where appearance (or food compatibility) is important.
