John,

I have a '54 TR2 with TR3 discs, but I didn't do the conversion - the perso=
n I bought the car from did. If you reach out to me privately, I can get yo=
u in contact with him if you'd like.

But as others have said, I believe the swap is pretty straight-forward as l=
ong as you have a spare TR3 sitting around. Comparing the spare parts catal=
ogues or Moss' website and noting the differences would give you the list o=
f parts that need changing.

Joel...

Listers,
Am considering converting my 1955 TR2 to front disc brakes. Have read in f=
orums what some folks have done. I could not see a one best way. Does any=
one have a =93cookbook recipe=94 of the parts needed, procedures, etc. for =
a reliable conversion? I know this is asking a lot and any suggestions are=
 appreciated.
John DeLuca
